Machine Application:

This machine is suitable for 360° seamless all-around printing with 3-color UV ink—featuring fast-drying performance and excellent scratch resistance—on a broad range of products. These products include bottles (e.g., beverage bottles, cosmetic bottles), cans (e.g., food cans, aerosol cans), lids (e.g., bottle caps, jar lids), and other related items. They are available in various shapes such as round, oval, and special shapes (e.g., flat-shaped, multi-faceted), and are crafted from diverse materials including plastic (e.g., PET, PP), glass (e.g., borosilicate glass), and metal (e.g., aluminum alloy, tinplate).

Main Functions:

Wireless tablet control function;

Remote service management function;

Speed-adjustable conveyor belt separated feeding function;

Bottle standing manipulator feeding function;

Digital control servo motor drive 3-color 360-degree printing function;

UV curing function;

Ten workstations: 1. Visual positioning of the bottom of the feeding bottle and electrostatic dust removal; 2. Flame treatment; 3. Visual positioning of the bottle body; 4. 1st color screen printing; 5. LED-UV curing; 6. 2nd color screen printing; 7. LED-UV curing; 8. 3rd color screen printing (or hot stamping); 9. UV curing; 10. Discharging.

Technical Specifications:

What's the difference of linear screen printing machine and CNC rotary screen printing machine?

1. Linear printing machine is faster than CNC rotary machine, but printing accuracy is lower.

2. Linear printing machine is modular combination, more colors means longer floor area, CNC rotary is rotation structure which will save space.

3. CNC printing machine is equiped with remote management and service function, which will be more convenient.

4. For CNC machine, all printing functions will be finished in the same set of fixture, which will avoid product being scratched.

5. All debugging such as printing head, screen frames can be fixed through wireless tablet, but linear machine must be adjusted by hand.
